You need:
-A daily intake of .68-1 grams of protein per pound of body-weight.


 

If you are:
-Sedentary
-Not looking to change body composition much

You Need:
-A daily target of 0.36 grams per pound of body-weight or more.


 

If you are:
-Active
-Looking for gainnzzz

You Need:
-A daily target of 1.3-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body-weight


Okay, but honestly since so many variables come into play, you just need to play with your numbers and see what works best for you.
