  1. Cut off a limb or two.
  2. Exercise for 24 hours nonstop for the whole week without eating.
  3. Set the scale back 20 pounds and then weigh yourself.
  4. Okay, okay….
    I’ll be serious.

You can NOT lose 20 pounds in a week.
You just physically can’t.
Weight-loss is a long and grueling process. It took me over two months to lose just 10 pounds. If you think you can lose 20 pounds in a week, you’re in for a surprise.
You know what a better goal is?
A goal you can actually achieve!

A reasonable amount of weight to lose per week is 1-2 pounds. You will soon reach the goal of losing 20 pounds by setting a goal of losing 1-2 pounds a week, and not have to chop any limbs off.
Don’t wreck havoc on your health and sanity by setting unrealistic goals.
