My Top 10 “Macro-Friendly” Dunkin Donuts Drinks!

CYMERA_20170626_125253

This blog post was a little bit more tough to research than my Top 10 “Macro-Friendly” Starbucks Drinks post.
I guess people don’t go here as much as they do to Starbucks.

Now, I’ve had people comment on my previous post about how I didn’t mention black coffee, or water.
Um…last time I checked that was the obvious.
No one wants to read a blog post with obvious answers.
So, aside from black coffee and water, here are the Top 10 (my pick) “Macro-Friendly” Dunkin Donuts Drinks!

  • Dunkin Donuts Cappuccino
    Macros in a 10 oz. 0F/21C/4P

  • Vanilla Latte Lite
    Macros in a 10 oz. 0F/12C/7P

  • Choco-Nilla Iced Coffee
    Macros in a 16 oz. 6F/8C/1P

  • Coffee Coolatta (w/ Skim milk)
    Macros in a 16 oz. 0F/41C/4P

  • Sweet and Salted Cold Brew Small

  • S’mores Swirl Hot Coffee Small (no cream)
    Macros in a 10 oz. 0F/23C/1P

  • Mango Pineapple Fruited Iced Tea Large
    Macros in a 32 oz. 0F/23C/1P

  • Blackberry Fruited Iced Tea Large
    Macros in a 32 oz. 0F/22C/1P

  • Berry Bliss Iced Coffee
    Macros in a 16 oz. 6F/8C/1P

This information was taken from the Dunkin Donuts Nutrition PDF.
I learned that Dunkin Donuts does not have as many macro-friendly drinks as Starbucks does. 😦

On a side note, I will be doing a $100 Lululemon gift card giveaway to one lucky person on my Instagram account soon! Follow @AlyMelonFit for that!
